In particular, the synthetic fiber hoisting belt is light to carry, easy to maintain and good chemical resistance, as well as has a light weight, high strength, not easy to damage the hoisting object surface and other outstanding characteristics, it is more and more popular and has gradually replaced the steel wire rope in many aspects.
一、Polypropylene flat sling
Pickling sling is an ideal rigging in the operation. Because of its wide and flat contact surface, it is not easy to damage the sling. Due to its good acid and alkali resistance, it is suitable for hoisting paint products, plastic products, machine tools and after surface treatment of pipes, pipes and so on. The pickling sling has a wide bearing surface, which can reduce the pressure of the surface load; the pickling sling has a smooth outer surface, which will not harm the suspended object, and is portable, soft, high coefficient, long service life, and non-conductive, no electric shock hazard, good resistance to corrosion.
Principles of use:
1、Do not use damaged suspenders

Maintenance of lifting belt:
1.The lifting belt should be placed away from heat source (flame and electric welding) or long-term sunlight and ultraviolet radiation
2.The lifting belt should be cleaned once every 3-6 months. For the use of acid and alkali occasions, should be used immediately after the use of cold water or detergent to clean the lifting belt, dry storage
3.The lifting belt should be placed on the shelf after use, should not be placed directly on the ground, to prevent the lifting belt after use mildew, rat bite, etc.
4.For damp lifting belt, to dry after preservation, to avoid damp mildew
End-of-life criteria for lifting belts:
1.Lifting belt is cut, serious abrasions, with a loose strand, local rupture, should be scrapped
2.The surface of the lifting belt is seriously worn and deformed. When the wear reaches 1/10 of the width of the original lifting belt, it should be scrapped
3.Synthetic fiber softening or aging (yellowing) , surface roughness, synthetic fiber spalling, elastic change, strength weakening should be scrapped
4.Lifting belt serious distortion, deformation, fuzzing, should be scrapped
5.Lifting belt mildew deterioration, acid and alkali burn, hot melting or scorch, loose surface in many places, corrosion, should be scrapped
6.The lifting belt with local abrasions or by Sharp Object Scratch, should be scrapped
7.Lifting belt with transverse edge cut off, should be scrapped
