The EPC general contract of Ansai District 100MW Wind Power Project is the hoisting of wind turbine units in the first and second bid sections
1.Wind turbine hoisting in the first bid section of EPC General Contract Project of Ansai District 100MW wind power project
The project is the first wind power project developed and built by China nuclear power in the Shaanxi province. It is located in Pingqiao town, Ansai District, Yan'an province, construction of a total of 18 single-unit capacity of 5.27 MW and a single capacity of 5.14 MW of wind turbines, a 110 kv booster station and transmission lines and other facilities.
Due to the characteristics of the project site, such as scattered plots, low land utilization rate, and frequent adjustment of Red Line of land circulation, it brings some challenges to the hoisting work, in order to ensure the project implementation progress, the team prepares the project plan, sends professional on-site survey assistance, provides strong support for the project progress, until the successful integration.
When completed, the project will not only provide electricity without increasing environmental pressure, but also add new tourist attractions to the area, echoing Ansai District's strategy of developing a green and low-carbon economy, it has obvious economic, social and environmental benefits.
2.Wind turbine hoisting in the second bid section of EPC General Contract Project of Ansai District 100MW wind power project
Ansai wind farm is located in the western mountainous area of Pingqiao town, Ansai County, Shaanxi province. It covers an area of about 43km2 and has a planned installed capacity of 100MW. The total number of fans in this section is 10, of which 9 are 5.27 MW, 1 is 5.14 MW, and the total is 52.57 MW.
The site, with its famous Some Random Place Somewhere hills and gullies, is surrounded by the forestry administration's Red Line, and the project department is promoting the “Yan' an spirit” and the “Strong nuclear serve the country, innovative dedication” of the new era nuclear industry, audit power transmission plan, with the units involved in mutual borrowing, cohesion, storage, actively coordinate to solve land acquisition, pipelines and other issues. The project has overcome the high construction difficulty, prone to delay cracks and other technical problems, and successfully passed the quality certification of experts, one-time pass rate of 100% .
Once completed, the project will provide 200.65 million kilowatt-hours of electricity to the grid every year, saving 25,000 tons of standard coal consumption and reducing emissions of various air pollutants. With good economic, social and environmental benefits, it is of great significance to optimize local energy structure adjustment, guarantee power supply and achieve“Double carbon” target.
